    Presently the developed economies worldwide are facing great pressure to keep growing, while the macro political environment and the enactment of new policies does not help newly emerging economies much neither. In Asia, China and India are creating a huge new consumption market and the buying power of the E7 emerging economies is estimated by PwC to exceed that of G7. Yet what come with the “New Normal” economy is a series of challenging questions. For example, how can food & beverage companies around the world maintain high-volume growth under such pressure? What kind of vigor and/or changes will millennials, as the new consumption majority, bring to the F & B industry? And how should brands innovate themselves when facing Chinese consumers who are gradually becoming mature but still remain capricious…

    To deal with these questions, Food & BeverageInnovation Forum 2017 (FBIF2017) will be held in April 19th to 21st in Shanghai, China. Being one of the most influential industrial summits, FBIF committee has been dedicated to offering insights for decision makers by introducing the world’s most successful business cases as well as sharing themost creative and valuable concepts.     2. FBIF2017 Forum Contests

    Marking Awards 2017

    Commissioned by Food & Beverage Innovation Forum, Marking Awards 2017 is a global packaging design competition which aims to gather world-class designers, promote creative and practical designs, find out the future talents, drivedeeper communications, and share resources among food & beverage packaging design lovers.

    The award ceremony will also be the ending mark of FBIF Plenary Session. After two months’ collection of works, the committee has received more than 200 design works of best quality. The contestants have come from creative institutions as well as as brands and packaging companies like Coco Cola, Wrigley, Dove, Fonterra,Unilever, Weichuan, Yinlu, Xiang Piao Piao, Doehler, Tetra Pak and IDC. Or they are independent designers, students, the winners ofinternational design contests.

    FBIF 2017’s Fresh Air Beverage Innovation Contest

    The 2017 Fresh Air Beverage Innovation Contest is a beverage design competition jointly organized for college students by the FBIF2017 Food and Beverage Innovation Forum and Halmana (Halmana Laboratory). The event will be carried out during the FBIF2017 beverage tasting session. We are extremely have selected 18 finalists out of 280 works from nearly 50 national food schools.
