World Dairy Innovation Awards Winners Announced

The finalists and winners inthe World Dairy Innovation Awards 2017 wereannounced at a gala dinner atthe Global Dairy Congress in Dublin, Ireland.

The judging panel considered entries from over 20 countries in 19 categories. There were three winners in more than one category, with Delta Foods, Ingredia and Ecolean all picking up two trophies on the night.

FoodBev Media marketing director Isabel Sturgess said: “This is the eleventh annual World Dairy Innovation Awards, and once again we are fascinated by the level of innovation that is shown within the entries. We see new flavours, new concepts, clever packaging, state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and new ground gained towards a more responsible and sustainable dairy industry. The World Dairy Innovation Awards really showcase some of the most ambitious new products and developments of the year, from a wide range of companies all over the world, both large and small. Keep an eye on the latest entries to spot the upcoming trends.”

Established originally as a traditional magazine publisher in 2000, FoodBev Media owns publications like Beverage Innovation, Dairy Innovation, Food and Beverage International. It also operates World Beverage Innovation Awards and World Food Innovation Awards other than World Dairy Innovation Awards, an event that has been held for eleven consecutive years.
