    At last! FBIF2017′ s Fresh Air Beverage Innovation Contest final is finally here!

    After 4 months, we received up to 280 beverage design works from nearly 50 food colleges. We narrowed down the search to 69 designs in the preliminary round and after judging from the product’s innovation, sensory and other aspects, we are now down to the final 18 designs.

    The FBIF2017 Fresh Air Beverage Innovation Contest finals will be held onApril 20during theFBIF2017 beverage tasting session. On the day of the finals, contestants will present their beverage design work to the field of judges. The 11 judges will then comment on the works of the finalists and announce a winner.

    About Fresh Air Beverage Innovation ContestThe 2017 Fresh Air Beverage Innovation Contest is a beverage design competition jointly organized for college students by the FBIF2017 Food and Beverage Innovation Forum and Halmana (Halmana Laboratory). The event will be carried out during the FBIF2017 beverage tasting session. We are extremely honored to have invited a total of 11 finalist judges from CR Beverage, Tetra Pak, Want Want, Firmenich, PepsiCo, Nongfu Spring, Wanglaoji, Ipsos, Nielsen China, UNI-PRESIDENT, Weichuan.
